Erosion is a conceptual metaphor which reveals the various aspects of fashion. Over the course of the research, erosion emerges as both a creative approach and a way of interacting with objects. Excessive fashion production actively erodes the environment, necessitating a new way of thinking. In this research, fashion’s conventional role is erodes into a more conceptual and artistic one. As layers of fashion are peeled back, cultural meanings are revealed and given new interpretations as contexts change.
